Crafting the Brand Identity
In this phase, we embarked on a journey to create a brand that exuded quality and craftsmanship. We focused on bold colors, vintage vibes, and a touch of modern flair for the logo and branding, aiming to encapsulate the essence of the business in a single glance.
Designing the Website
With the brand identity in hand, we set out to bring it to life on the web. We showcased everything from sign types to the creative process, ensuring a seamless user experience. A simple form was implemented for customers to submit their sign ideas with ease.
Simplifying the Proofing Process
The team's goal was to make sign design a breeze. Instead of complex online previews, they opted for a straightforward approach: email proofs. This streamlined the process for customers and minimized backend complexities, resulting in a win-win situation for all parties involved.
Building the Website
When it came time to build the site we decided to use Webflow. The website followed the following format designed to provide viewers everything they need or might want to know about the product and how to order.
• Navigation
• Hero
• Clarity statement
• How it works
• Sign types
• Brand statement
• Customer Reviews
• Examples
• FAQ's
• CTA
• Footer
Customer Engagement and Feedback
Customer satisfaction soared as they navigated the brand-new website. Gone were the days of endless messaging app conversations – everything they needed was readily available. With improved SEO, the business saw a surge in leads, marking a significant milestone in their digital journey.
Overcoming Challenges
Though challenges arose, the team emerged victorious. Their primary hurdle? Simplifying the sign design process. By offering complimentary design services and implementing straightforward proofing methods, they struck the perfect balance between efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Future Considerations
As the project neared completion, the team began looking to the future. While a custom backend system might be on the horizon, they remained committed to their current approach. After all, delivering exceptional service without sacrificing their sanity was paramount.
